About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain user-friendly SharePoint pages, FAQs, and process guides for business users
Prepare analytics updates, organize announcements, and manage communication calendars
Maintain accurate, well-structured, and navigable analytics resources
Address common user questions and route technical escalations
Identify knowledge gaps and review dashboards and support materials for usability, working links, and clear terminology
Organize and optimize content for AI-enabled knowledge initiatives, including searchbots, Microsoft Copilot, and automated support processes
Prepare meeting materials, track action items, update project statuses, and organize deliverables
Bridge technical tools and everyday business users to support analytics, AI agents, and Microsoft Copilot adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be currently enrolled in an official study program (University Degree, Master’s, or equivalent) and maintain active student status throughout the entire 12-month duration of the internship
Graduates or candidates completing their studies before the end of the internship period cannot be considered
Must be legally based in Spain for the full duration of the program
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
Advanced English proficiency required
Strong writing and organizational skills
Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus
Comfortable using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik is a bonus
Eager to learn how AI agents and Microsoft Copilot enhance knowledge management and content creation
Proactive and collaborative, while comfortable working independently
CV must be submitted in English
