About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive commercialization plans for new life science products
- Lead and manage multiple launch projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution
- Lead the commercialization process and governance across the ACG organization
- Plan and execute commercialization milestone meetings to gain commitment on pricing and forecast
- Hold multifunctional teams accountable to the commercialization planning process and launch objectives
- Train Product Managers on the go-to-market process and provide consultation
- Align Product Management, Commercial Marketing, Field Sales, Training & Enablement for successful NPI launches and ramp to volume
- Partner with Solution Unit teams to develop content and insight messaging for new product introductions
- Establish KPIs and metrics, analyze performance data, and make data-driven recommendations
- Partner with the Channel Development Manager to ensure Sales Channel readiness
- Conduct periodic post-launch audits
- Lead commercialization process improvement opportunities and participate in the Launch Excellence Center of Excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required
- Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience in one or multiple areas including Product Marketing, Sales Channel, Commercial Marketing, or leading cross-functional projects
- Broad scientific industry knowledge; familiarity with requirements and standards within the life sciences industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with members from different geographies and cultures
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
