About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure supply chain delivery commitments meet customer delivery requirements
- Manage and coordinate Sales Order Fulfillment
- Work with COpC to understand customer requirements and identify process and operation issues
- Drive continuous improvement through the order fulfillment process
- Update order status and expedite shipments
- Reschedule trade orders and coordinate DEFOA analysis
- Coordinate returns and track service orders daily
- Process internal orders and coordinate other logistics-related requests
- Monitor stock replenishments
- Coordinate with other LCs and WW part/product controllers for stock transfers and customer supply
- Optimize customer satisfaction and revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- SAP knowledge and experience preferred
- Solid understanding of logistics operations including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, delivery scheduling, and exception handling
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage data accuracy and ensure timely processing of customer orders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams
- Strong sense of accountability and customer orientation
