About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts across consumables, services, and instrumentation portfolios
  • Drive product sales and develop customer relationships
  • Identify business opportunities and deliver overall account growth
  • Maintain responsibility for named accounts or an entire named territory
  • Convert new accounts and manage existing accounts
  • Grow business through upsell and cross-sell activities across the Agilent portfolio
  • Spend more than 50% of time with customers throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate Product/Market Specialists, Pre-Sales AE/FAS/TSS, and other functions to support sales activities and provide technical expertise
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with service and support
  • Build strong relationships within accounts
  • Generate revenue through new and existing accounts
  • Generate a healthy funnel opportunity
  • Deliver balanced performance across product lines
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required
  • Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Consultative and value-driven sales approach
  • Experience managing and growing assigned accounts across consumables, services, and instrumentation portfolios
  • Ability to drive product sales, develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver account growth
  • Ability to convert new accounts and manage existing accounts
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Ability to coordinate Product/Market Specialists and Pre-Sales AE/FAS/TSS and other functions
