About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze pharmaceutical CXO industry demands and laboratory workflows, identify opportunities, develop solutions, and convert them into business opportunities
- Provide support for liquid chromatography and single quadrupole at pharmaceutical CXO clients
- Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to maintain client relationships and resolve client issues
- Assist in improving the win rate of Agilent liquid chromatography and single quadrupole products
- Independently design and complete pre-sales sample analysis work
- Support and understand company strategic goals and formulate regional action plans based on market and client conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree or above, majoring in chemistry, pharmacy or related disciplines
- More than 5 years of relevant analytical work experience
- Full understanding of liquid chromatography and single quadrupole mass spectrometer hardware, applications, market development trends, and mainstream-brand competitive information
- Ability to work independently and innovate
- Willingness to accept business travel of 50% to 60%
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning
- Good teamwork skills
