About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables
  • Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality
  • Provide quality service and meet customer and company metrics
  • Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient-ready use following company and hospital protocols
  • Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and other personnel
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in customer service
  • Support efficient equipment management and continual improvement of product quality, reliability, value, and service efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience required
  • Prior work experience in hospital setting preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
  • Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
  • May be required to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements
