About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
- Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
- Provide quality service, meet quality standards, and achieve customer and company metrics.
- Pick up, clean, and process equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use according to company and hospital protocols.
- Maintain a professional relationship with hospital staff and other personnel.
- Support efficient equipment flow throughout the hospital and contribute to continual improvement of product quality, reliability, value, and service efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Prior work experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
- May be required to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements.
