About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables
- Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality
- Provide quality service, meet quality standards, and achieve customer and company metrics
- Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient-ready use according to company and hospital protocols
- Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and other personnel
- Support efficient equipment flow throughout the hospital
- Act as a subject-matter expert in customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
- Prior work experience in hospital setting preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
- May be required to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status
