Key responsibilities & impact

Manage hospital equipment to keep it flowing efficiently throughout the hospital
Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables
Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality
Provide quality service and meet customer and company metrics
Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient-ready use following company and hospital protocols
Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and other personnel
Act as a subject-matter expert in customer service
Support continual improvement of product quality, reliability, value, and service efficiency

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Prior work experience in hospital setting preferred
Basic computer skills
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time
Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
May be required to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements
