Senior Operations Recruiter

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help attract and hire exceptional talent across Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing organizations
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with 2+ years of in-house experience
- Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Authorization to work in the USA
