About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary owner of internal product communication to GTM teams
  • Define and operate a release communication cadence
  • Maintain a central internal knowledge hub with positioning summaries, product FAQs, feature overviews, and demo guidance
  • Partner with Product Operations to develop roadmap communication frameworks
  • Own the product-side internal launch readiness program across all product releases
  • Define and track launch materials, including feature scope, use case guidance, documentation, demo readiness, and internal enablement inputs
  • Lead product readiness reviews and post-launch retrospectives
  • Partner with GTM Enablement and Product Marketing to train Sales organizations and ensure demo readiness
  • Run regular product update sessions and track field readiness and confidence
  • Help build and operate the use case program and supporting technical infrastructure
  • Establish feedback loops for field input on use case quality and coverage
  • Run regular Product-GTM syncs and maintain a shared GTM launch calendar
  • Act as escalation point for GTM product knowledge and material gaps
  • Prepare executive-level readouts on launch health, field readiness, and program performance
  • Lead a strategic reference customer engagement program
  • Build feedback infrastructure capturing reference-customer validation and objections
  • Work with product managers to align product growth targets and customer roadmaps
  • Partner with professional services, customer success, account management, and product managers on customer value projects
  • Document and distribute validated use cases, customer proof points, and lessons learned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in program management, product marketing, sales enablement, or a GTM operations role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated experience owning launch programs or GTM readiness initiatives
  • Strong understanding of how Sales teams, Marketing, Account Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success consume and act on product information
  • Exceptional written communication skills; able to take complex product concepts and write crisp, usable content for a non-technical commercial audience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain repeatable programs, processes, and content systems across a fast-moving product release cycle
  • Comfortable influencing without authority across multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts
  • Experience in a product marketing, solutions engineering, or product operations role at a B2B SaaS company (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, internal knowledge management tools, and launch readiness tooling (preferred)
  • Background working with or alongside a technical product team; able to read a release brief and translate it into commercial language quickly (preferred)
  • Experience building or scaling a launch enablement function from an early stage (preferred)
  • Exposure to CLM, legal tech, or enterprise workflow software (preferred)
