About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email
  • Determine customer requirements and needs accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have at least a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution
  • An Associate's degree (A. A./A.S.) from a two-year college is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two or more years of relevant experience and/or training in client management, customer relations, and data entry is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to switch focus quickly while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Computer literacy, solid typing skills, and aptitude for navigating digital tools
  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting customer requests, catalogs, and documents
  • Skilled in writing routine reports, emails, and memos
  • Capable of effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Comfortable with regular talking and hearing
  • Capable of standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and occasionally stooping or kneeling
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • Must successfully pass a drug and nicotine screening
  • Must successfully clear a comprehensive background check
  • Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
