About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and guide development of the company’s international software products, primarily Nexus CRM and Lyvve
Lead the international development team supporting Nexus CRM, Lyvve, and related products
Assign work, set technical standards, conduct design and code reviews, and provide performance input
Provide day-to-day technical and project direction to software developers
Translate business requirements into system designs, technical specifications, and product roadmaps
Define application architecture, data models, APIs, and integration patterns across products and third-party systems
Evaluate and design for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
Lead hands-on implementation, including design reviews, technical mentoring, and direct contribution to code
Design and implement AI-enabled application features and workflow automation
Collaborate with business stakeholders across eXp’s international markets to align technical delivery with business priorities and timelines
Apply software engineering, database design, systems analysis, and information technology principles to solve complex business problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience delivering software, data, or automation solutions
At least three (3) years leading technical teams or owning technology delivery
Experience translating business needs into system designs and product roadmaps
Experience developing solutions using Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience working with modern web frameworks, relational databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations
Experience implementing AI-enabled applications or workflow automation
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and guiding technical delivery across functions
