About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, maintain, and assist with dissolving teams in the US Realty division
  • Manage Discovery Calls and team leader documentation
  • Maintain accurate team records and update agent pay plans
  • Coordinate with team leaders and team members throughout team creation or conversion
  • Support teams in assigned regions
  • Monitor and follow up on Workplace Chat requests, Gmail emails, texts, voicemails, and calls
  • Lead Discovery Calls covering eXp team structures, requirements, and information needed to create teams
  • Develop timelines and transition plans for new team creation or team-type conversion
  • Conduct follow-up check-ins with leads
  • Coordinate planning and logistics meetings with brokers and other departments
  • Perform annual team requalification reviews and annual review calls with Team Leaders
  • Send and collect signatures on team documents
  • Update HubSpot tickets with accurate team status
  • Provide resources and support to team leaders, members, and agents via email, text, phone, and eXp World
  • Attend weekly Team Training Sessions and complete assigned training
  • Conduct reviews and audits of teams
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through remote collaboration channels
  • Attend virtual meetings, provide progress updates, and participate in discussions
  • Adhere to company policies, data security, and confidentiality requirements
  • Manage workload, complete projects accurately, meet deadlines, and remain available during agreed working hours

Requirements

  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred

  • Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
  • Remote work experience required
  • Dedicated home-office/work space
  • Advanced Trello experience preferred
  • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely
  • High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, including conflict resolution, required
  • Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot, task management software, Dropbox Sign, and Trello preferred
