About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn the basics of Project Management and develop skills for a career in Project Management
Analyze and solve business challenges
Manage resources and coordinate team member efforts
Shadow current employees as they deliver AHEAD Services solutions
Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery
Help ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction
Help manage incidents and communication to various clients
Work with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on project tasks and provide regular project status updates
Maintain updated project information using AHEAD systems and management tools
Assist in developing SOWs and customer presentations
Develop customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
Develop and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Develop and distribute project status reports to internal management and client project teams
Coordinate activities among project team members, internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations
Manage project risks, issues, problems, and activity progress
Conduct project closure activities, including project acceptance and handover documentation

Requirements

Strongly developed communication skills
Experience providing top-level customer service
A passion for cutting-edge technology
Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges
Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow
Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks
Existing U.S. work authorization is required
Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/11/2027
Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp
Working knowledge of technology, cloud and application development
Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
Consulting experience (Preferred)
