About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a 3-month training program within AHEAD’s Security practice
  • Develop technical and consulting expertise through training, certifications, and shadowing
  • Work on client projects after completing LAUNCH, based on skillset, interests, and business needs
  • Communicate across teams and build positive relationships
  • Collaborate on projects and contribute to successful project delivery
  • Solve complex problems and make recommendations using sound reasoning and critical thinking
  • Execute work, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of Security Solutions: Cyber Security, IAM, Zero Trust, etc.
  • Existing U.S. work authorization is required
  • Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+% of the time)
  • Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/11/2027
  • Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp
  • Working knowledge of Data Center
  • Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
  • Security+, CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, etc. preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and build positive relationships
  • Ability to work on teams, collaborate on projects, and contribute to successful project delivery
  • Ability to execute, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines
  • Resourcefulness, curiosity, creativity, courage, critical thinking, and desire to use technology to find innovative solutions
