Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a 3-month training program within the Modern Data Center practice focused on Storage
  • Develop technical and consulting expertise through training, certifications, and shadowing
  • Work on client projects based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs after LAUNCH
  • Communicate effectively across teams and build positive relationships
  • Collaborate on projects and contribute to successful project delivery
  • Solve complex problems and recommend innovative solutions
  • Analyze issues, solve problems, and make recommendations using sound reasoning and critical thinking
  • Execute tasks, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines
  • Travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Infrastructure solutions
  • Experience with VMware
  • Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+ % of the time)
  • Existing U.S. work authorization is required
  • Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/11/2027
  • Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp
  • Working knowledge of Data Center
  • Certifications such as Dell EMC (EMCISA)/(DCA-ISM), CCENT, CCNA, Network+, Server+, Security+, VCTA, or CCA-V are preferred but not required
  • Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
