About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the transaction lifecycle from quote to cash
  • Identify account requests and coordinate internal support team resources
  • Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors
  • Schedule recurring meetings to review Salesforce opportunities
  • Address customer questions and issues and provide timely solutions
  • Engage internal and external support teams on issue resolution
  • Assist Client Directors in structuring deals
  • Prepare customer pricing and proposals
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
  • Accept customer orders and verify booking documents
  • Coordinate monthly accounts receivable meetings to review invoice aging and past-due invoices
  • Develop and maintain Client Profiles and records of past quotes
  • Provide value-added services such as SLAs, presentations, and order history
  • Assist Client Directors in protecting and increasing Gross Profit Margin and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain pre- and post-sales contact with assigned accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Support preferred, with Technology industry experience preferred
  • Must be located in EST/CST
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs and link them to company offerings
  • History of working in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to calculate margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Outstanding multitasking skills
  • Understanding of general business principles
