About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational and administrative support across the People & Culture Operations, Governance and Insights portfolio
  • Prepare recurring workforce reports and perform data analysis for business and people-related decision making
  • Support data validation, quality assurance and reporting accuracy
  • Maintain workforce, remuneration and governance information accurately and compliantly
  • Assist with remuneration and performance cycle administration and market benchmarking activities
  • Improve reporting processes, data quality and operational efficiencies with stakeholders
  • Maintain governance registers, documentation, Workday knowledge articles and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate and track actions from governance and operational processes
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within agreed timeframes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and spreadsheet-based reporting
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and present data clearly and meaningfully
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and willingness to take ownership of operational activities
  • Interest in People & Culture operations, workforce analytics, governance and reporting
  • Experience in HR, payroll, business operations or a related administrative environment highly regarded
  • Exposure to Workday or other HRIS platforms and reporting tools advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or a related discipline
