About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with executive leaders and project sponsors in the large healthcare provider market to drive Aidoc technology sales
  • Close multi-year SaaS agreements for AI-powered medical imaging applications and workflows
  • Target C-suite executives and clinical leadership of major health systems
  • Sell Aidoc’s full ecosystem of AI solutions and products to existing and highest-value customers
  • Drive strategic and enterprise accounts to new levels of annual spend
  • Expand existing accounts by at least 2x and maintain 95%+ retention rates
  • Represent the company vision and leverage senior executives in strategic customer engagements
  • Develop annual sales plans and create qualified pipeline equivalent to 4x the annual objective
  • Manage customer engagement, opportunity development, and active pursuits in Salesforce CRM
  • Deliver customized customer presentations and contextual product demonstrations
  • Nurture executive relationships through quarterly or thrice-annual business reviews
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reporting through Salesforce CRM updates and management calls
  • Monitor market trends, competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Build relationships with health systems groups and physician opinion leaders
  • Partner with VAR sales teams on coordinated enterprise sales efforts
  • Travel to customer locations and industry events
  • Participate in strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, customer care, team building, and company growth activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent job-related experience
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota and managing complex sales of $500K+ from start
  • At least 7 years’ experience successfully selling Enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in medical imaging, advanced analytics, population health and/or clinical decision support software solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling directly to C-suite and Key (Physician) Opinion Leaders in large health systems
  • Ability and desire to prospect and self-generate robust pipeline to achieve sales quota
  • Ability to close deals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful
  • Strong customer references
