About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical pricing guidance, product development analytics, performance measurement, and financial reporting for the A&H business
  • Drive product innovation with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
  • Apply A&H product knowledge and analytical techniques to competitive product design and pricing
  • Assess and provide risk mitigation solutions aligned with corporate goals and regulatory standards
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Influence strategic decisions related to budget, product design, portfolio management, and business segments
  • Mentor actuaries and analysts and foster actuarial best practices
  • Engage independently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage transformation projects for Pricing Management Reporting
  • Manage budget and reinsurance planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area
  • At least 4+ years of actuarial experience
  • Advanced experience with Excel, Python, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ASA / ACAS Designation is preferred
  • A&H pricing experience preferred
  • Knowledge with R and/or other data visualization software a plus
