What you’ll need
  • College students expected to graduate between December 2027 and August 2028
  • Strong academic and extracurricular achievement
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning about the finance and insurance industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Information Technology
  • Previous work experience and demonstrated academic and extracurricular achievement
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the insurance industry
