About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as campaign strategy expert for the North America Marketing team
  • Partner with Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, and Alternative Channels marketing leads to define objectives, shape briefs, and recommend campaign approaches
  • Develop campaign frameworks, including nurture and drip campaigns, audience segmentation strategies, and client and broker communication journeys
  • Own and improve end-to-end campaign workflow processes
  • Serve as primary intake point for campaign requests and ensure initiatives are scoped and briefed before execution
  • Manage external agency relationships
  • Maintain a forward-looking campaign calendar
  • Track and report campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
  • Establish consistent campaign processes, governance, and ways of working
  • Monitor B2B campaign best practices, marketing automation capabilities, and relevant insurance and financial services approaches
  • Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, and marketing communications best practices
  • Manage and mentor a junior marketing campaign team member
  • Report to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, North America Insurance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on campaign strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows, marketing operations, and efficient, repeatable processes
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, campaign management tools, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of technical execution
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and translate business objectives into actionable campaign briefs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different business lines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to guide and influence senior marketing colleagues
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Data Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, and Salesforce CRM
