About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end GenAI infrastructure across exploration, build, deployment, and operations
Lead the design, implementation, built-in security, operations, and FinOps cost management of GenAI workloads
Design and implement a repeatable, scalable infrastructure strategy for GenAI needs
Collaborate with Information Security, GenAI Engineering, Application, Data, FinOps, and Operations teams
Develop secure, performant, reliable architecture patterns for AI workloads
Build repeatable infrastructure for research, test, development, and production
Set up AI models and provide implementation solutions and alternatives
Set up and maintain AI sandbox/research environments for model exploration, development, and assessment
Monitor and optimize cloud workloads for performance and cost-effectiveness
Develop and manage cloud estimations, cost transparency, and cost estimates with FinOps
Support GenAI delivery teams through exploration, build, and rollout phases by providing timely cloud infrastructure and platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Infrastructure management
4+ years of Cloud experience
Proficient in Cloud Platforms, primarily AWS, and related tools/services
Strong understanding of security postures needed for cloud implementation
Knowledge of enabling and setting up policy as code in Prisma
Knowledge or experience with AWS Bedrock and associated LLMs, or proficiency in Terraform and knowledge of Ansible
Proficient with Microsoft platforms such as GitHub
Knowledge of Copilot, Amazon Q, and Microsoft Copilot
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Significant experience leading teams through Agile and DevSecOps processes, ideally in AWS and Python environments
Proficient in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system monitoring
AWS certification preferred
FinOps certification preferred
Azure certification preferred
GenAI certification on LLMs or platforms such as Bedrock or Copilot preferred
