About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet with existing and prospective clients to plan their financial future
- Utilize company-provided technology and tools to improve operations
- Use marketing support, including mailings, email blasts and customized flyers, to expand the business and reach new customers
- Collaborate with co-workers and the District Vice President to learn new skills, methods and best practices
- Provide personalized retirement and financial planning experiences for customers and their families
- Travel within the assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, 5+ years of experience working as a Financial Advisor
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven and successful sales track record
- Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 license
- Active FINRA Series 63 and 65 or 66 license combination
- Active state variable life and health license
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- May include up to 25% travel
