About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the handoff from Sales on each new customer and track missing information
- Prepare for and run customer kickoff calls using the standard deck
- Collect site, generator, and contact details and follow up until complete
- Track sites from kickoff to go-live and keep customers, field engineers, and the AGent team updated
- Send customer communications around dispatch events, tests, and market programs
- Assist the dispatch lead with customer outreach during events
- Monitor site health alerts and follow up until issues are resolved
- Answer day-to-day customer questions and escalate issues to the appropriate teammate
- Keep HubSpot, meeting notes, and action items current
- Suggest improvements to onboarding checklists and customer materials
- Learn grid programs and wholesale markets in MISO and PJM, generator and site basics, customer kickoff practices, AGent’s platform, onboarding process, and dispatch workflow
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, client services, or project coordination; internships and relevant school or volunteer work count
- Clear, friendly communication with customers on calls and in writing
- Strong organization and ability to track many customers and tasks at once without dropping details
- Reliable follow-through
- Curiosity and ability to learn quickly, especially technical and market topics
- Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to work hours aligned with customers largely in the Eastern and Central time zones
- Availability during dispatch events, sometimes outside normal business hours
- Interest in or exposure to energy, climate, or utilities preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM preferred
- Experience at a startup or on a fast-growing team preferred
