About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze sales performance across all sites and identify margin variances, losses, and anomalies
  • Coordinate with plant teams to explain variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Produce, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making
  • Maintain and update cost standards
  • Analyze variances between standard and actual costs and explain the differences
  • Contribute to standardizing costing practices across different sites
  • Conduct inventory analyses and participate in annual inventory counts
  • Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, and market
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing the required analyses
  • Act as a business partner to all manufacturing sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in cost analysis and multi-site environments
  • CPA designation is an asset but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system, such as IFS, SAP, or an equivalent
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to Operations teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in French and English required due to interaction with our international facilities
