Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, from data owners and analytic users to C-level executives
Drive multi-workstream programs delivering enterprise data and AI platforms and measurable business outcomes
Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication
Own program governance, including consolidated status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement
Oversee programs comprised of multiple projects
Reinforce delivery best practices
Collaborate with Aimpoint Digital practices on client engagements and internal projects
Support technical delivery, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to create additional client value

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years leading technical delivery in consulting/professional services
Experience with multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams
Ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes and executive-ready communication
Experience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments
Ability to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders
Strong program governance and delivery management skills, including integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths
Fluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
