About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide field operations support across communities
- Execute projects related to community setup, revenue generation, and customer experience improvements
- Represent operations and support the launch, stabilization, or improvement of assigned communities
- Enhance customer experience through excellent service
- Support resident acquisition and retention, including leasing and customer service
- Ensure community readiness and adherence to company standards
- Provide hands-on support with day-to-day operations
- Train team members on systems, processes, and operational procedures
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve resident concerns
- Provide temporary staffing coverage during vacancies or high-demand periods
- Identify process improvements and support revenue initiatives with leadership
- Share project status and community performance updates
- Communicate and report regularly to central operations, leadership, and key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to a large airport
- Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and resident acquisition
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Technological proficiency with experience in property management systems and tools
- Ability to support training efforts and provide operational coverage as needed
- Understanding of financial processes, including budgets and variance review, preferred
- Background in process improvement, community setup, or operations support is a plus
- Leadership or project management experience highly desirable
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including references, four-panel drug screening excluding marijuana, employment verification, and criminal background check
