About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support development and organization of an enhanced IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, including inventory tracking, data accuracy, and process documentation
Assist in building and launching an Amazon storefront for select warehouse products, including product setup, categorization, and content entry
Provide front-line support for Level 1 IT service tickets, troubleshooting common hardware, software, and user access issues
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, primarily Windows-based systems
Document IT procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base resources
Collaborate with IT team members on small projects aimed at improving operational efficiency
Perform general technical and administrative support tasks as assigned
Work under direct supervision and guidance
Deliver business solutions that meet or exceed customer needs
Support stability of company technology platforms
Maintain an organized and maintainable codebase and documentation
Acquire new skills through certification paths, experience, and self-paced learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Only students currently enrolled in an internship program will be accepted
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field
Actively attending a college or university in the Tampa Bay area, such as USF, University of Tampa, or Florida Polytechnic University
Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting concepts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical users
Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment
Preferred: Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Preferred: Basic understanding of networking concepts
Preferred: Interest in IT operations, systems support, or business technology solutions
Preferred: Curiosity about e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or similar
