About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Hands-on experience with UK and Spain labor laws and employment practices
  • Experience working with Employers of Record (EORs)
  • Ability to learn and navigate other labor law regulations
  • Ability to support remote teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Experience with async work practices
  • Daily comfort with Slack, Notion, 15Five, and Deel
  • Curiosity about using AI tools to streamline work
  • English communication ability in meetings and asynchronously
