About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a territory end to end: prospect, pitch, pilot, negotiate, and close
- Sell to owners, CEOs, and revenue leaders of property managers
- Build business cases demonstrating increased revenue and lower costs
- Work relevant regional events and build market recognition
- Relay customer feedback to the product team to improve Adapt
- Establish the sales approach as the founding Adapt seller in the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling revenue management, pricing, or property management software to short-term rental property managers, or experience as a property manager in revenue, pricing, or operations
- Existing relationships in your market that can be turned into conversations in the first month
- Strong outbound sales orientation
- Willingness to travel regularly across the territory
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Reference and employment verification check after offer
