About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run onboarding and ramp programs for new AEs and SDRs
- Operationalize MEDDPICC into sales team workflows
- Create and maintain battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling resources, discovery libraries, ROI tools, and call libraries
- Run ongoing training programs tied to funnel gaps and business priorities
- Partner with Revenue Operations on Gong, sales tools, CRM workflows, LMS, sequencing tools, and AI capabilities
- Support frontline managers with coaching enablement, training, and program delivery
- Build readiness programs for new product launches
- Track ramp metrics by cohort and identify improvements
- Build playbooks for discovery, multi-threading, competitive selling, and late-stage execution
- Run workshops, role plays, certifications, and asynchronous training modules
- Improve SDR-to-AE handoff quality
- Coach managers on enablement in one-on-ones and pipeline reviews
- Build call libraries, scorecards, and Gong workflows
- Identify, pilot, administer, and roll out AI and sales tools while tracking adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve revenue execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales productivity roles
- Hands-on experience building or running an onboarding program at a scaling sales organization
- Prior selling experience as an AE or SDR
- Experience creating battlecards, playbooks, training decks, and certifications from scratch
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology
- Working knowledge of Gong, Salesforce, LMS, sequencing tools, and emerging AI capabilities
- Comfortable with content creation, training delivery, and tool administration
- Able to support both AE and SDR enablement
- Self-starter comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong cross-functional instincts and desire to grow into a senior enablement leader
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
