About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain daily customer master data for new and existing customer accounts
- Maintain account partnership structures and contract pricing in SAP
- Prioritize time-sensitive customer requests across Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Groups, and email
- Validate data quality and request completeness before entering information
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate outcomes
- Research, analyze, and resolve customer data and pricing inconsistencies
- Self-audit work according to standard operating procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to meet customer needs accurately and promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Gemini AI
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Sound judgment and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Solid retention of procedural knowledge
