About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own B2B design end-to-end across partner-facing product experiences, end-user notification and communication journeys, claims and payout flows, and the marketing website.
  • Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit including sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets, and demo visuals.
  • Apply B2B buyer context across product and partner experience deliverables.
  • Contribute design thinking and user pain-point insights to early product and go-to-market planning with Product and Product Marketing.
  • Run partner interviews, usability testing, and business-case validation.
  • Test and iterate partner-facing and end-user flows based on real usage.
  • Finalize launch collateral and gather feedback from early-adopter partners.
  • Incorporate launch learnings and success stories into a repeatable B2B design process.
  • Deliver design coverage for multiple B2B product launches and complete partner toolkits.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral that improves deal quality and partner trust.
  • Develop a repeatable process from early positioning to a launch-ready toolkit.
  • Build the first B2B case study from real partner feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a product designer in B2B contexts.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer contexts, including OTAs, insurers, travel management companies, and connectivity providers.
  • Experience conducting partner interviews, usability testing, and business case or assumption validation.
  • Ability to contribute to product and go-to-market planning.
  • Ability to design partner-facing products, end-user journeys, sales decks, marketing collateral, and demo visuals.
  • Understanding of structured go-to-market processes and design timing.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to explore ideas, validate directions, and accelerate workflow.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, including distributed or external teams.
  • Fluent in business English.
