About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own regional sales performance and revenue attainment across the Mid-Atlantic territory
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to accelerate revenue growth, improve conversion, and maximize market opportunity
  • Create 30-, 60-, and 90-day turnaround plans for underperforming markets
  • Evaluate center-level performance and diagnose revenue gaps across lead volume, scheduling, show rate, conversion, ASP, financing, capacity, staffing, refunds, and pipeline health
  • Build regional forecasts and track risks, opportunities, pipeline health, and expected revenue
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities through pipeline reactivation, referrals, local initiatives, partnerships, and existing-demand utilization
  • Maintain command of regional and center-level KPIs and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership
  • Establish performance expectations and hold leaders and individual contributors accountable
  • Build, coach, retain, and develop a high-performing regional sales organization
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and performance management
  • Maintain a meaningful presence in centers and coach consultations on discovery, value creation, objections, financing, closing, follow-up, and pipeline management
  • Ensure teams manage the complete patient journey from inquiry through consultation, decision, procedure scheduling, and follow-up
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Clinical Leadership, Finance, Practice Management, and executive Sales leadership
  • Lead regional implementation of enterprise initiatives, pilots, products, pricing, financing programs, and promotional campaigns
  • Represent the region on national leadership calls and share performance insights and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including significant multi-unit or regional responsibility
  • Demonstrated success owning and growing a multi-market revenue portfolio
  • Proven experience improving or turning around underperforming sales territories, markets, or teams
  • Experience leading sales organizations within M&A or post-acquisition environments, including organizational change, team and process integration, go-to-market alignment, and revenue performance through transformation
  • Strong preference for experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare, elective medicine, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, luxury services, or another high-sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through data while remaining engaged with frontline execution
  • Advanced understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate across frontline, clinical, operational, and executive audiences
  • High emotional intelligence and willingness to make difficult decisions and establish clear accountability
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–75% throughout the region
  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for an 8–12 hour shift
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds
