About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and own high-performance web experiences and frontend platforms powering Growth at scale
  • Build scalable websites, landing pages, growth funnels, campaign management platforms, and personalized customer journeys using React and TypeScript
  • Develop AI-native user experiences, interfaces, and workflows for AI-powered insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making
  • Independently design, implement, test, deploy, and optimize complex frontend applications and components
  • Improve web performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion through experimentation, feature flagging, and data-driven iteration
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Backend Engineering to solve ambiguous business problems
  • Establish frontend architecture and reusable component systems
  • Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor engineers
  • Build agentic AI platforms, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent decision systems for customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development practices
  • Solid computer science fundamentals
  • Experience building clean, modular, maintainable applications
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture and web performance
  • Experience with component design, state management, API integration, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions
  • Ability to make sound technical tradeoffs and own features through production
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred: experience with growth platforms, campaign management systems, content management systems, experimentation frameworks, conversion funnels, AI-powered applications, web performance optimization, A/B testing, feature flagging, analytics instrumentation, Next.js, server-side rendering, static generation, design systems, frontend build tooling, rapid prototyping, fintech/payments or regulated environments, and mentoring engineers
