About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product launches, messaging, enablement, and customer marketing across four products
- Tier releases and write launch briefs for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Interview firm leadership teams and develop customer case studies and proof points
- Build message maps for new features and test them with Sales
- Run launch enablement sessions and update pitch decks and one-pagers
- Refresh competitive battlecards after deal reviews
- Manage the customer reference program
- Draft launch press releases and award submissions
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and bylines for executives
- Bring customer insights to Product to inform the roadmap
- Write internal launch announcements
- Drive outcomes including win rate, product adoption, and message consistency in the field
- Report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate weekly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 plus years of product and/or customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Track record of owning product launches end-to-end, including tiering, messaging, and sales enablement
- Customer marketing experience with case studies, references, advocacy, or customer advisory programs
- Experience marketing to back-office buyers such as finance, operations, or accounting
- Accounting or professional services experience is a strong plus
- Writing and storytelling samples to share
- Experience building competitive intelligence and battlecards
- Comfort presenting to sales teams and customers
- Daily use of AI tools, with ability to explain workflow
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva
- Startup experience preferred, but not required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
- Must authorize a background check if required
