About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the HRIS and ATS integration, including configuration, upgrades and vendor management
Keep HRIS data accurate and complete enough to feed the People dashboard
Build and run automations across People processes, with clear documentation and monitoring
Own the internal chatbot, improving its coverage and answer quality for employee queries
Restart and deliver the paused TA and onboarding automations
Manage Google Workspace account lifecycle for joiners, movers and leavers
Work with IT and Security on access controls and data protection
Build AI use cases prioritized by the VP, People Strategy, from prototype to rollout
Measure manual hours saved and report them quarterly

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years in HRIS, business systems or ops automation
Hands-on with low-code tools and APIs
Able to work with IT and Security on access controls and data protection
Experience building chatbots or AI-enabled workflows is a plus
High-growth startup or fintech experience is a plus
