About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-impact growth initiatives across ID Stocks, Mutual Funds, and US Stocks, translating complex business challenges into actionable strategies in close partnership with C-level leaders.
- Drive data-backed solutions end-to-end, from analytical deep dives and hypothesis validation to cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, and BI teams.
- Own strategic projects from 0-to-1 to optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, while improving the investment experience and driving business growth.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and customer behavior to inform business priorities and strategic decisions.
- Track initiative performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations to guide leadership decisions and improve business outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within a fintech or tech-focused environment.
- Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.) and statistical analysis.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape.
