About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution against company objectives
- Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews
- Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership discussions and strategic planning
- Establish performance metrics, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders

- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to help shape the company's long-term strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
