Key responsibilities & impact

Continuously monitor client environments using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Grafana.
Configure basic alerts and make adjustments to detect failures and performance degradation.
Collect and initially analyze logs and metrics, identifying potential anomalies and escalating incidents when necessary.
Handle technical support tickets, assisting clients in resolving basic observability issues.
Generate periodic reports on the availability, performance, and trends of monitored systems.
Collaborate with client technical teams to adjust configurations and optimize monitoring.
Assist with the implementation and improvement of dashboards within the tools used.
Continuously learn about new observability technologies and tools.

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of at least one monitoring tool (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, or InvGate).
Basic understanding of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
Analytical skills and strong communication abilities for customer support.
Basic English proficiency for reading documentation and understanding technical terminology.
Previous experience in technical support, a NOC, or an operations center.
Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and ITSM tools.
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) for task automation.
Certifications in observability or monitoring are a plus.
Intermediate conversational English is a plus.
