About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use data analysis tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve existing segments
Develop and implement segmentation strategies based on user data, data consumption behavior, interaction history, and other metrics
Manage Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) to understand existing data and integrate new data sources required for segmentation
Collaborate with the CRM team to understand the segmentation requirements for each customer journey
Continuously monitor segment performance with the CRM team and make adjustments to optimize results
Assist in creating dashboards and automating reports
Work independently to resolve technical issues and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel
Experience with data visualization and analysis tools
Based in São Paulo for an in-person meeting once a week
Experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform is a plus
Salesforce Data Cloud certification is a plus
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or others is a plus
Experience with MarTech tools such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
Experience with data collection tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus
