About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on customer service integration and automation projects
- Develop end-to-end functionality, from user interface components to the services that support them
- Work with React on the front end, Node.js on the back end, and chatbot solutions
- Collaborate in cross-functional squads
- Maintain close collaboration with business teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Front-end development with React (hooks, componentization, and REST API consumption)
- Back-end development with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar)
- Strong programming logic and knowledge of sound architectural practices (SOLID, Clean Code)
- Consumption and development of REST APIs
- Code version control with Git, Azure, or similar tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests)
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker)
- Experience with chatbots is a plus
- Knowledge of the cVortex platform is a plus but not required
- Interest in learning and developing conversational flows
- Technical English for reading documentation is a plus
