About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Product Owner (PO) for Martech and CRM squads
- Connect business objectives with communication strategies for end customers across digital channels such as SMS, RCS, email, and WhatsApp
- Support the area manager in controlling, analyzing, and developing projects
- Create, update, and report on project schedules
- Track and align project activities, facilitating and documenting processes
- Participate in requirements, kick-off, and status meetings with teams and clients
- Elicit requirements from clients
- Support the technical team in breaking down activities and defining deliverables
- Identify risks proactively, propose mitigation actions, and escalate issues to management
- Ensure the specification and execution of operational and project monitoring activities during product launches
- Ensure the execution of documentation and quality processes when launching communication journeys
- Close out requests
- Suggest improvements to team processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or PMI
- Experience with project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with IT and CRM projects or equivalent
- Knowledge of CRM and Salesforce
- Software development experience is a plus
- Project management certification is a plus
- PMO experience is a plus
- Experience working with teams that implement Agile techniques is a plus
- Experience with Jira is a plus
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus
- Experience automating processes, including continuous integration and testing, is a plus
