About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop technical assets such as code samples, SDKs, demos, tutorials, documentation, and blog posts
- Participate in online forums, social media, and other community channels to answer questions, provide support, and gather feedback
- Serve as a point of contact for external developers, resolving technical issues and offering guidance
- Represent Akuity at developer conferences, meetups, and workshops, and potentially help organize these events
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay developer feedback and improve the developer experience and tools
- Advocate for Akuity's technology by presenting its value and capabilities to the broader developer community
- Bridge Akuity and its developer community through software engineering and developer relations
- Help drive product adoption by ensuring a positive and effective developer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in software development to build credible demos and understand developer workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and relate to the challenges and needs of other developers
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for building and nurturing relationships with developers
- Experience contributing to open-source communities
