About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering expert insights that build confidence in the solutions
- Design insurance products meeting member needs and regulatory requirements
- Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing strategic client relationships
- Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources to further empower sales teams
- Bring technical leadership and expertise on healthcare and death and disability insurance
- Collaborate with data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers
- Build and manage offers for large companies and public institutions with sales and account management teams
- Monitor the insurance portfolio and manage risks
- Manage capital, steer reinsurance strategy and maintain relationships with insurance regulators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance
- 2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required
- Analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
- Excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context
- Willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
- Scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Fluent in both French and English
- Legally eligible to work from France
- Experience working or having worked at an insurance company
- Experience supporting the creation of health insurance products / health insurance contract underwriting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy, practical-mindedness and business orientation
- Located or willing to relocate to France
