About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Alan's business plan to increase enterprise value through profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency
- Conduct deep-dives on go-to-market, pricing and margin steering, resource allocation, and operating leverage
- Monitor Alan’s financial and operational performance and identify value drivers and opportunities
- Build and automate monthly financial performance deep-dives with Finance production
- Frame and implement high-impact initiatives, such as procurement tools and pricing projects
- Drive punctual explorations including M&A, transformative partnerships, and competitive intelligence
- Contribute to investor relations and financing, including Board meetings, fundraising, and external communications
- Build, improve, and maintain tools for financial planning and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with Data, Business, Finance, and Finance Operations teams
- Produce and interpret monthly financial performance and support specific Finance Operations projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 1 year of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar experience at a top tech scale-up
- Excellence in financial modeling
- Excellent fluency in both English and French
- Passion/strong interest for getting close to other teams to understand the operational details of their work and support them
- Business knowledge in Sales, Operations, or Insurance
- Data knowledge, including support in defining metrics to build and monitor
- Experience working with C-Levels
- Hands-on approach and ability to drive projects end-to-end, from framing to building/implementing tools and communication
- Ability to thrive in an exciting, high-intensity environment
- Must be legally eligible to work from France
