About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn product capabilities into wins, deal by deal and market by market
- Work with the Belgian Market team and engineers
- Analyze enterprise coverage requests and decide whether to build with Product, handle through Operations, or solve another way
- Understand client needs and assess technical, operational, member-experience and product-coherence consequences
- Protect product coherence by preventing unnecessary near-duplicate guarantees
- Coordinate product builds with Market team engineers and Capability teams
- Document assessments and progressively encode routine decisions into an AI agent
- Expand beyond coverage to unblock deals and identify growth opportunities with Pre-Sales
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, engineers, product managers, Capability teams and market operations experts
- Make build, operate and reframe decisions independently
- Establish an AI-powered assessment layer for simple cases
- Become a leading source of market knowledge and ramp up on a second product area
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Product Ops, Solutions Engineer/Architect, Founder…), ideally around complex B2B or enterprise deals
- Genuine interest in understanding technical, operational and business systems
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a well-reasoned position under commercial pressure while retaining stakeholder trust
- Structured, fact-based decision-making approach
- Clear written communication
- Track record of delivering work across teams and against deadlines
- Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using it to automate personal work
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
- Experience in health insurance or employee benefits is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work from Belgium
