About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain Credit and Collections performance KPI dashboards in Power BI
- Review the Credit and Collections Policy and ensure its proper implementation
- Prepare and present committee materials to the Executive Board
- Prepare the department budget and monitor the forecast
- Monitor the performance of collections partners
- Monitor the execution and performance of the company’s allowance for doubtful accounts (PDD)
- Monitor the IT improvement roadmap for the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Python
- Postgraduate degree in an administrative or finance-related field is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of telecommunications operations is a plus
- Experience or knowledge in individual consumer credit analysis is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of anti-fraud processes is a plus
- Experience with collections from individual and corporate customers is a plus
